Everything on the site (music, lyrics, photos, videos, logos, design and texts) belongs to the band, their label or the photographers, and is protected by copyright. You may look, listen and share links freely; anything beyond that needs our permission.

• Fan Only downloads are for your personal use: wallpapers, prints on your wall. Not for resale or commercial use.
• Press photos from the press kit may be used by the media for editorial coverage of the band, with the photographer credited as shown.

• Send only work you made yourself, with nothing in it that belongs to someone else without their permission, and nothing offensive or illegal.
• The work stays yours. By sending it, you allow us, free of charge and without exclusivity, to show it on this site, on the band's Discord server and on its social channels, with your username, for as long as it stays up.
• The band chooses what is shown and may decline or take down any work without giving a reason.
• You can ask us at any time to take your work down: write to dan@eventeragency.ro.

We do not sell tickets or merchandise on this site. Tickets are sold by the official seller listed for each show, and merch by the separate official shop; their terms apply to orders, changes and refunds. Dates, venues and times can change; the seller's page has the latest.

We link to streaming platforms, social networks, ticket sellers and other sites we do not control, and cannot answer for their content or availability.

We keep the site accurate and working, but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it.

Romanian law applies; disputes go before the competent Romanian courts, without limiting the rights you have as a consumer where you live. When these terms change, the new version is published here with its date.
