Privacy policy
What we collect on this site, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask of us. In short: only what you send us yourself, used only for what you sent it for.
Who we are
Eventer Advertising SRL, CUI RO15715283, Str. Clucerului 11-15, sector 1, București (“we”), which runs the official Alexandra Căpitănescu website. You can write to us at any time at dan@eventeragency.ro.
What we collect, and why
- When you write to us through the contact form: your email address, the subject, your message and the topic you picked. We use them to read and answer your message. Legal basis: taking the steps you ask for and our legitimate interest in answering (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- When you send fan art, on the site or through the band's Discord server: the image, the username you give us and your confirmation that the work is yours; through Discord, also your Discord user ID, so the bot can tag you when your work is picked. We use them to review the work and, if the band picks it, to show it on the site with your username. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- When you open a press kit link we sent you: when the link was opened and which files were downloaded, so we know the kit reached you. Nothing else about you is stored.
- Our team's sign-in to the site's dashboard: the team member's email address, a one-time code and a session cookie. This concerns only people we have given access to.
- Technical data: like every website, the servers that host the site see your IP address and browser type when you visit, and keep them briefly in logs, for security and to keep the site running (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent anyone's data.
How long we keep it
- Messages from the contact form: as long as we need them to answer and follow up, and no longer than two years; the team can delete them sooner.
- Fan art that was not picked: deleted within six months. Fan art on the site: until you ask us to take it down, or the band does.
- Server logs: a few days to a few weeks, depending on the hosting provider.
Who else handles the data
We use a few providers, bound by contracts to process the data only on our instructions:
- Hosting of the site and its content (Cloudflare, Inc.).
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), which delivers the emails the site sends: messages from the contact form to the management, and the team's sign-in codes.
- Discord (Discord Inc.), for fan art sent through the band's Discord server, under Discord's own privacy policy.
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.): videos on the site load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play. From that moment YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Links to ticket sellers, streaming platforms, social networks and the merch shop take you to other sites, each with its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit its use or to hand it to you in a portable form; you can object to its use, and withdraw your consent for fan art (the work comes off the site). Write to dan@eventeragency.ro; we answer within a month.
If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro), or to the authority where you live.
Under 16
If you are under 16, ask a parent or guardian before sending us fan art or a message; in Romania their consent is needed for data processed on the basis of consent.
